Markellia designs its services with a privacy-first approach: we collect only what is necessary, and nothing non-essential is enabled without your consent.
Audience measurement
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly tool self-hosted in France on OVHcloud. No cookies, no persistent identifier. Audience measurement is loaded only after your explicit consent.
Consent banner
On your first visit, the non-essential (audience measurement) is declined by default. You choose whether to enable it, and can revisit this choice at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.
Contact form
The data you provide in the contact form (name, email, organization, message) is used solely to reply to your request and is never shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Your rights
In accordance with GDPR, you have a right to access, rectify and delete your data. To exercise it, write to contact@markellia.com.
Hosting
All processing and storage remain on French territory (OVHcloud), in compliance with GDPR.
