Privacy Policy

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly tool self-hosted in France on OVHcloud. No cookies, no persistent identifier. Audience measurement is loaded only after your explicit consent.

On your first visit, the non-essential (audience measurement) is declined by default. You choose whether to enable it, and can revisit this choice at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page.

The data you provide in the contact form (name, email, organization, subject, message) reaches us through our internal messaging (Slack) and by email (Brevo). It is used solely to reply to your request and is never shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

In accordance with GDPR, you have a right to access, rectify and delete your data. To exercise it, write to contact@markellia.com.

The website and its audience measurement are hosted in France, by OVHcloud. Contact form messages also go through Slack and Brevo (see “Contact form”).
